Week 44, 2024: More arc experiments

G'day folks.

I've had a somewhat less busy week (though still busy), after pushing myself over the last two weeks on the abstract piece that I've now titled "Cascade" (which I showcased in last week's weeknote for any curious readers). Also posted it on instagram, and reddit.

I've also been working on various generative experiments here and there; outputs below.

An image showing a black circle, generated by an algorithm. An image showing a black circle with the words VOID SAUCE in the center, generated by an algorithm. An image showing an abstract black form radiating outwards from the center, generated by an algorithm. An image showing a circle in the center with yellow-orange tinted lines radiating outwards, simulating a sun (generated by an algorithm.) In terms of free time, I've been reading a lot. I finished Hyperion— amazing book, highly recommended for sci-fi and fantasy fans. I instantly purchased the second book in the series The Fall of Hyperion and am presently halfway through it. Alongside that, I started reading The Shining by Stephen King.

I've also been playing Chess, and (re-)playing Bloodborne on the side—close to the endgame now—I will never get bored of it.

Until next time!
