Week 43, 2025: A steady week
G’day folks.
This week’s note will once again be short since nothing particularly eventful happened.
I’ve been keeping up with my workout routine, and leg days are starting to feel a tad easier now. On Tuesday, I managed three full sets of reverse lunges (just bodyweight), and I felt good and proud of myself for going through it with sheer ✨ willpower and determination ✨.
(It hurt a lot the next day. Totally worth it, though.)
I’ve also been noticing some changes in my core; definitely feels tighter compared to before. (I remember checking for abs after waking up the other day HAHA.) I also think it might now be time to up my weights and set count, now that I’m properly easing into my routine.
I started playing Silent Hill 2 this week (or it was last week; honestly can’t remember.) It’s great at keeping me on my toes as I find the experience to be scary. I also re-watched all three Iron Man movies over the weekend.
