Week 35, 2026: By the sea

There were some big changes at work this week. I’ve been busy; Friday was a tad hectic.

On Thursday, I traveled to Goa with my family. It also feels really good to be on vacation after SO long. It rained a lot yesterday afternoon, and I like it when it rains here. Everything’s so green.

It’s been great so far. We went to Anjuna Beach, and I took a couple of photos while we were there. We went during sunset and then again later in the evening, and both times made me feel very relaxed.

Photo of Anjuna Beach at dusk, with grey clouds over the sea, gentle waves rolling in, and a tree-covered headland silhouetted on the left. Photo of Anjuna Beach at night, with a bright moon in a dark blue sky and white-capped waves rolling toward the shore.

Oh, and a bonus photo of the Moon in the sky! (As always. Eyes to the sky.)

A nearly full Moon glowing against a completely dark night sky.

I finished reading Letters to a Young Poet this week, and made a LOT of notes that I feel I need to save / write somewhere. And I haven’t yet decided on what my next read should be.

I also watched the first half of Bhoot Bangla yesterday, but then I lost interest partway through.
