Week 20, 2026: Creative inspo (and outages)

Not much to write about this week either, except work. It’s been quite hot outdoors.

I started working on some mockups for a little side project idea I had yesterday: A site / feed that provides inspiration to creatives, sourced from my creative practice channel on Arena.

Here is a little working prototype that I put together today. Still very early stage so it’s a bit wonky. (Disclosure: I used Claude to quickly put this together.)

I also started playing Mortal Kombat 1 this week (blaming the movie, of course). My internet was down for most of yesterday, and that gave me a good opportunity to continue reading Monte Cristo, and I spent my day doing that.
