Week 19, 2026: Orcas for days

Just like last week, I don’t have much to write about this week. Been busy at work.

I ordered a few books this week, as I want to get back to reading. I started reading The Count of Monte Cristo earlier this year, but haven’t been able to keep up.

This weekend, I’ve been on a movie-watching roll. I watched Mortal Kombat 2 yesterday. I found it to be pretty fun and a tad cheesy. Definitely better than the first part. Today, I watched Send Help on Hotstar. Pretty amusing / goofy for a horror movie.

Other than that, I’ve been down a YouTube rabbit hole, watching videos about Orcas (they’re my favorite sea animal). Also, I don’t know how my Instagram algorithm knows to show me reels related to Orcas (and baby Elephants) lately, and I find it to be a tad spooky.

Today for Mother’s Day, I’ve been keeping it simple — I ordered lunch and sweets for my mom. It’s also been a bit pleasant in the morning, weather-wise. Pretty nice, overall.
