Week 15, 2026: From Hampi to Here

Last weekend I was in Hampi with my colleagues. It was very fun but also super hot and humid. The place itself was slow, almost indifferent to us. We went around seeing old monuments, temples, and everything in between. The evenings, though, were a riot.

Then the week began, as it does. Work came back in full force.

Wednesday blurred into both work and not-work. There was a work outing. I played box cricket for the first time in a really long time, with a group of colleagues. Later, we went to the office party. I danced quite a bit this time.

The weekend leaned heavily into movies. I went to a local theater on a whim to watch Project Hail Mary, which I really enjoyed. Then, I caught a couple of Telugu movies on streaming (I liked Rangasthalam). Today, I finally watched Superman. I also plan on watching Gully Boy later in the evening today. We shall see.

It wasn’t a particularly eventful week on paper, but it didn’t feel empty either.
