Week 15, 2025: Space Cowboy
G'day folks.
This week's felt long — again. Just like last week, it’s been wall-to-wall work stuff, with barely any room for social interactions. Just me and my trusty to-do list. Enough said.
On the plus side, the weekend was slow. I used the time to reconnect with myself — which, in practice, meant writing another blog post and briefly considering meditation before deciding to scroll aimlessly instead. Still, I did write something on Saturday. Personal growth. (Boy, I am on a streak now, aren't I? — Don't want to jinx it!)
It’s been a while since I picked up a game, and diving into Red Dead Redemption has me vicariously living the life of a lone cowboy — wandering the plains, soaking in sunsets, and taking long, contemplative rides through the wilderness. Honestly? It kind of mirrors how life feels lately. A little solitary, a little aimless, but oddly peaceful. Just me, my horse, and the occasional side quest.
Also, I went café hopping with my sister again — this time to a spot called True Black. Tried their matcha creme. Verdict: very green, very good. Tasted like what I assume peaceful monks sip before they float away.
Until next time.
